With that in mind, we model our interview process after these tenets. The interview at Evolve In Nature is a four-part process for clinical therapist and supervisor positions. After applying, the first phase is an inform, virtual meeting (15-20 min) to determine if we’re all on the same page for moving forward. The second phase is an in-person interview with both owners of Evolve In Nature. The third phase is a recorded mock session, and the final phase is a reflection process. The outcome of each phase will determine your invitation to the next phase. Clinical Supervisor and professional Counselor

$80,000-$110,000, (Reduced wage and hours for the first 3-months while building your caseload)

We are hiring a Colorado Licensed Clinical Supervisor and Professional Counselor. This is a full-time W-2 position. Minimum of a three-year contract. The Clinical Supervisor and Professional Counselor role will co-supervise and lead our amazing team while also conducting individual and couples therapy here in Boulder, Colorado. This role will maintain a client caseload of 20-25 clinical hours weekly and clinically supervise 4-7 therapists every other week. You will provide clinical supervision, consultation, leadership and professional development to our team of therapists. We are looking for someone to lead by example in maintaining high standards of clinical expertise and therapeutic care working with individuals and couples dealing with issues of depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, and trauma with the use of trauma-informed somatic, attachment, parts work or IFS, interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB), EMDR, and mindfulness-based modalities. This position of leadership also allows you to implement groups, trainings, or other programs as well as positively affect company culture. This is an in-person position. An interest in conducting outdoor therapy is preferred but not required.

    • Provide excellent clinical supervision and consultation to 4-7 therapists every other week.

    • Provide high quality trauma-informed therapeutic services to a caseload of 20-25 clinical hours/week.

    • Attend monthly team meetings partnering with the Clinical Manager to bolster team engagement, address client concerns, and provide necessary clinical feedback.

    • Provide additional support, consultation, and/or supervision on an as needed basis to staff. 

    • Collaborate with leadership team in professional development of staff. 

    • Collaborate and participate in staff performance reviews. 

    • Actively engage in professional relationship with staff and contribute positively to company culture. 

    • Actively engage in community programs to enhance the visibility of services provided at Evolve In Nature.

    • Prompt email and voice communication.

    • Conduct client consultations.

    • Maintain clinical documentation for supervision and clinical therapy including notes, treatment plans, and records in accordance with DORA, Colorado State, HIPAA, insurance laws and regulations, and company policies. 

    • Oversee and approve supervisees’ clincial documentation and periodic recorded clincial practice for compliance with state laws and regulations and company clinical standards of practice.

    • Master’s Level education from an accredited college or university

    • LPC or MFT licensure in good standing in the State of Colorado

    • Supervision licensure in the State of Colorado and/or Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) 

    • Has more than 5,000 hours of clinical experience 

    • Previous experience as a supervisor 

    • Experience with the previously stated evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities 

    • EMDR trained

    • Extensive experience in trauma therapy - child and adult onset 

    • Experience utilizing somatic therapy skills

    • Experience utilizing attachment therapy and/or interpersonal neurobiology

    • Experience in with individuals and couples therapy 

    • Ability to write clinically sound SOAP notes and treatment plans

    • Critically thinking skills 

    • Uphold and maintain compliance of all laws, regulations, and policies governing the practice of psychotherapy in the State of Colorado 

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • Ability to mentor and inspire a diverse group of individuals.

    • Strong leadership and organizational skills. 

    • Compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, Colorado State, and insurance laws and regulations. 

    • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR). Experience with Simple Practice is a plus.

    • Must be able to work some evening and weekend hours if needed

Psychotherapist/Mental Health Counselor

LPC, LMFT

$55-$90/clinical hour (based on experience and skill level). Full-time.

We are hiring a Colorado licensed psychotherapist/mental health counselor position. This is an hourly W-2 employee position. Minimum of a three-year contract. Maintain a minimum of 25 client therapy hours a week for full-time status. Additional hours consist of weekly meetings, supervision, and administration. Ability to work with individuals who are dealing with issues of depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, and trauma with the use of somatic, trauma, attachment, parts work, EMDR, and mindfulness-based modalities. Experience in all of these modalities is a plus but not required. The caseload will consist of private-pay, Medicaid, and insurance clients. Must be able to see clients in person at our office in Boulder, Colorado. Interest in conducting outdoor therapy (experience not required, training provided). While some telehealth sessions may be conducted, this is not a remote position.
